All characters sp attacks are not working

I noticed it yesterday with electro and now I was just in AQ and AW and even in Arena the special attacks drain my meter and I'm left standing defenseless . I just purchesed the AQ bundle and most of the health and revives I had to use because of this glitch. The last 3 fights in a row my SP atk did not work. It's affecting my alliance . I don't know why some ppl it happens every ow and then but for me it's now all the time. PLEASE HELP
