7.1 6* fury not showing

I'm using 6* vision Aarkus in this fight and he never got the 6* 700% fury passive buff. Is it gone? Has it not been fixed? I was able to complete 7.1.1 without it but would have been helpful to have.
If it is no longer there I get that but the description says that it is an active node globally.

It's not 700% mate. It's literally just 700 additional attack.

I've been doing my exploration and notice it. so maybe it's just "on" in the background sort of thing
