Spiderham degen immunity - AQ Map 6

Is spiderham supposed to counter the degen from AQ map 6? If so then he's bugged. I've been running him this whole week and it hasn't worked once. Even at 10 spider nonsense. This forum won't accept my screen recordings so I've take a screenshot of it.

Sacrificial

This is actually a general bug, I tried him in monthly eq and his degen immunity was completely bugged. At 10 charges he was still taking normal degen damage. (Chapter 3 quest 1 specifically is where I used him)
