What is the point of duel credits?

This is the current reward for beating a duel target. If you only get 5 attempts to do so, that’s 750 battle chips and 750 gold. Is it really that fair we have to buy another attempt for 5 more units just for some small resources? I don’t get how this is worth much

There is no point they should have made you able to do infinite duels a long time ago. Especially since the removal of duel credits in solo challenge

I wouldn't care about the daily duel limit if they put in a playground node where we can experiment with different defenders and nodes

But, but, but... auto-expiring crystals is the main non-bug squash focus and just doing that is going to auto-fix all the current low priority bugs such as mail badges and fight charges (NF, CG, etc)....

In principle I don't disagree, but then they'd probably remove the ability to meet special solo objectives via duels.
