This post will entail 2 popular CGR rotations which are essential for all CGR fans to know.
1) SP3 cycle or Eternal Predition (By MSD):
This rotation is very good for stacking up furies. You can stack up to 3 furies and fire off a MASSIVE triple fury sp2 or just spam sp3s and average close to 4 furies.
You can watch the above video for the rotation by MSD or you can read below my own personal version of the rotation which I called Eternal predition - lockdown.
In this version, you can fire up to 7-8 SP3's without the opponent getting to a bar of power. Another advantage of this rotation is that getting hit does not matter.
Here is a video I made on it. I managed to stack 4 furies without giving the opponent a single bar of power. Note that 4 furies can be achieved without a synergy team and with a synergy team upwards of 5 furies can be achieved for a short window of time.
The key difference in mine and MSD's take on the sp3 cycle is that MSD needs to bait out a lot of special 1s as he is giving the opponent a lot of power.
2) Aptitude rotation by Slayer Of Gods: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1T1bUdxhnTw
This rotation is probably the best rotation for DPS. One round of this rotation can deal upwards of 600k damage and with a synergy team which I will mention later, you can finish off rulk with just one cycle of this rotation (Keep in mind I'm only using a 6*r1). However getting hit will ruin the rotation.
I think slayer of gods' rotation is already fairly optimized so I don't have an improved rotation. Here is the write-up:
Trigger judgement of precision (Dex) and judgement of vigilance (MLLLM combo). Build to an SP1 and fire it off triggering 2 more judgements. Now bait the opponent specials and make sure that they are at 0 power and you are at ~1 bar of power. Then do a MLLLL light ending combo, parry and spam 5 heavies. Then after the sp3 do a MLLLM combo followed by a MLLLL and a MLLM then heavy cancel into sp2 for big damage and once you triggered the sp2 precision and cruelties your mediums hit for ~70k
and heavies ~110k (6*r1 numbers)
Synergy teams:
Eternal predition : Ronan, 3x black bolts
Increases fury duration
Synergy team for aptitude rotation:
CGR
Mr fantastic
Night thrasher
Manthing (optional)
Any member
The main synergy here is the synergy between MRF and NT which pauses all buffs on cosmic/skill champs for 0.2 seconds upon landing a light or medium. It pauses only 1 of each buff. The goal of this team is not to preserve the aptitudes but rather the MEGA 125% attack rating fury. I've managed to get an 89 hit solo on LOL Rulk with this synergy team.
Note:
All the numbers provided here are for a 6r1 CGR without suicide masteries.
Thanks for reading.
Please provide any feedback or any other good rotation I missed.
