Starting 5.1.1, pushing for UC who to rank up?

I’m getting ready to start 5.1.1 and was wondering who would be the best to rank up for my push for UC?

I have 4* Doom, 4* CG, 4* BWCV , 4* Havoc, 4* Colossus and 4* RG.any of them paired with AA a good team for 5.1.1 and beyond?

My 4* Doom has given me a lot of value even as an endgame player (Variant 5 and 6) and he's really strong even in Act 5, so I think Doom would be good to take up

My Doom is already r4 but my AA is r3. I don’t have enough to rank Doom right now.
