Would it be possible to have the origin of a ticket, attached to a response. Most tickets I submit are returned with responses that make it seem like the support person has never played the game.
I sent a ticket about AV being bugged in LOL and my response was a question asking who I was fighting and in which part of the contest. Really???
It would be really handy to be able to let the good support staff know about some of the terrible suport staff so that that department can be cleaned up a bit.
