    Do content. But cash is the fastest way.

    Cash is key if you want to speed it up. You can get all the crystals your heart desires by purchasing units and using them to buy CAV crystals or whatever level you're at that is unlocked. Not a great idea, and a pretty poor value (buy real things in life or help others if you have so much money you don't know what to do with it). There are definitely people throwing crazy money at this game though... Cows, whales, cowwhales...
