Guillotine 2099 pre-fight bug

I hopped into 6.1.6 to 100 percent it and on the all or nothing path I ramped up my guillotine 2099 against the moon knight to get the 100 combo b4 the next fight. However in the all or nothing node when I used the power drain pre-fight the power was not being drained. I used it in tandom with the regen pre-figh. If I'm missing something here or it's a bug please let me know
