Kabam account creation transfer

I currently have nothing linked to my mcoc account, not a Google play account or Kabam account. In game, if I try to create a Kabam account (so that I can keep all my progress and carry on as normal) there is no option to continue with your progress. It just takes you back to the tutorial to restart. Any way that I can get over this and keep my progress whilst having a Kabam account?? Thanks!

    You have to go to Kabam and submit a ticket
