Should Kabam announce upcoming Buffs earlier then the week prior?

I personally don’t think that they should because people will rank up the champions before the buff and then they complain when the used their materials. On the other hand it would be nice to start saving up resources for them if they become good so I’m torn but I still think they should wait.

Personally think they should announce who is being buffed and what kind of direction the buff will go the moment they decide who is being buffed.

As we've seen routinely, Kabam is pretty incompetent when it comes to testing out their stuff. Announcing planned changes to a character would help avoid another Hood-type debacle.

People should never begin ranking up champions in anticipation of a buff until they see how good the buff actually is.
