Does she take damage at sig 182 from starburst node?
Also, In general, can someone explain how much damage a “regular” champ will take from this node. Description is quite vague ?

    I’m not sure if the bug stil is there’s where starburst doesn’t work and yes Angela wil get there damage it not damage over time debuff

    Pretty sure its based off missing health at the start of the fight now. Has been for lots of months.
