It is more of an upgrade than a buff itself, black panther gains an indeterminate passive armor and while the armor is active all the hit or received accumulates loads of vibranium (limit of 100). The charges decrease or zero when: black panther releases a special (special 1 spends 50% of the charges to cause disorientation debilitation, special spends 80% of the charges for Cause concussion debilitation, special 3 consumes 100% of the charges to cause reverse vibration debilitation that causes damage according to the vibranium charges used in the special 3). The more black panther charges you have, the greater the chance of debilitations being activated and the greater the power. Any weakening of the armor break cancels the armor and zeroes the loads. If black panther is stunned it consumes 10% of the charges to return the stun.
