Hotfix 15.1.2 for iOS made lag issues worse

Kabam,
Thank you for trying to resolve the numerous bugs introduced with update 15.1. Since that update I had been experiencing both the widely acknowledged 'Specials Attacks bug' and severe lags/ frame drops that have made fight animations substantially broken.
Hotfix 15.1.2 seems to have solved the SA issue (did not test with all champs) for iOS 11.0.1 users. However it has not resolved the lag problem, which in fact seems worse. At the moment fight mechanisms are nearly unplayable as small segments of animation are continuously dropped, making it impossible to time reactions effectively.
These issues were not present before update 15.1 while using same platform.
Besides much frustration, the practical result of this problem is loss of opportunities and resources for player and alliance.
Is this an acknowledged issue? Are there possible solutions?
Practical info:
- Successfully installed Hotfix 15.1.2.
- Playing on Ipad mini (iOS 11.0.1)
- playing using high speed fiber broadband.
