Is there a way to set up masteries to get red hulk and/or omega reds regen to improve?

The only mastery that enhances a champions built in regen is the recovery mastery. Increases regeneration by 15% at 3/3.

For Omega Red, maxed Willpower plus 1 point in coagulate will make him 100% bleed resistant, letting you heal off any bleeds via will power. This is especially effective if running suicides, since the 1st 16 seconds of the fight is all regen.
