Looking for Map 3/4/5 Players to Fill Two Alliances

I am currently in the process of splitting my alliance up into two. The main alliances would run Map 5/4+ with the goal of creating a solid 5x5 alliance. The second would be doing Map 3/4 and act as a feeder for the main alliance as people progress and want to work towards harder content. This additional alliance would also let people from the main alliance step down to a more casual experience if they wanted to step back from the game a bit.
