Mr. Fantastics synergy is not working.

in Bugs and Known Issues
I took Mr. Fantastic, She hulk, Warlock, Guillotine2099 and cap IW in the team and the Mr. fantastic and She hulk synergy should allow all the tech and science champion to place a power sting when applying a debuff but it seems that none of them could. Not even she hulk. I went to event quest and act 6.4.5 but failed in both with the same team. Do I miss something or is it a bug?

    Happened to me as well but restarting the game helped.

    i imagine the persistant charges were broken. weird stuff happens all the time because of that

    Mr fantastic's synergy still doesn't work, it requires a fix
