Science

Duplicate Ability:(The Strongest One There Is)
When below 20%, Hulk gains 20 furies, each increasing his attack by 35%. He also gains unstoppable for 5 seconds, and purifies all debuffs. Each hit on Hulk knocks off a fury.

Passive- Hulk can endure hundreds of bullets therefore he is bleed immune. With an advanced immune system Hulk is immune to posion.

Puny Human/Alien: After recieving 30 hits hulk gains indestructible for 3 seconds.
Hulk Smash: After giving 30 hits gain +1 gamma radiation charge.
Gamma Radiation increases potency of regeneration by 5%, and gives heavy attacks 10% chance to give petrify.
Gamma radiation stacks, and has a limit of 10.
Each Gamma Radiation stack lasts for 10 seconds, and are consumed after regeneration.

Special Attacks: If close to the opponent they are unblockable.
SP1: Stun for 4 seconds and give bleed for 7 seconds
SP2: Stun for 8 seconds with 20% chance to apply weakness/vulnerability on the opponent.
SP3: Stun for 12 seconds and gain +1 gamma radiation.

Hulk should have a higher health pool.

    I like what you did here but the stun duration is too OP i would say the max on stun duration should be 4 seconds and i would make it that while stun your attacks don't generate power on the opponent. Hulk shouldn't be bleed immune but takes 50% less damage from bleed effect because he can bleed in the comics, now i would make it when below 25% health he become debuff immune and gain a fury increasing attack by 30% and increase crit chance by 100% and at 10% health gain an unstoppable/ indestructible buff lasting 6 seconds.

    Don't mean to hate but this way too over powered as he can get below 20% then fire off 1 sp1 and infinitely stun lock

    All of the fury's are 700% combined. The only champ that can do that has to have a full team synergy everyone else has to be dead and he has to be pretty much dead too. Not to mention the fact thay the character needs a aggresive ai to even reach that much. Btw that character is thing

    Fair enough, maybe it should only be sp2 that’s unblockable and the unstoppable only for 2 seconds?

    Hulk is supposed to be the strongest in marvel. Besides it’s max sig ability.

    He is suppost to be strong......not enough to destroy any content in the game with almost zero trouble

    Also those stun times are game breaking 4 seconds does not sound like a lot but thats enough to likely get a full combo and another Atleast which you can go into another sp1 afterwards
