Incursions Revives

When incursions was dungeons they use to give out a revive from time to time and I literally haven’t seen them since. My overflow is doing just that with health potions. Is there a reason they stopped giving them out besides the obvious of wanting us to spend?

    I am getting level 1 and 2 health potions 350-750 hp in sector 6 and 7. And looking at the cost of health pots and revives it's probably them wanting your units.

    I haven’t gotten any. I run 10 rooms of 7 and 8 and I haven’t seen 1. I don’t get it. I would be happy with the level 1’s. Am I bugged or just unlucky?
