Any good tips for this? Struggle with quake a bit and don’t have many good degen champs, think venom pool might be my highest at 4* rank 5

    Huh. You don't need degen champs, you need to play as aggressive as you can, try to avoid holding block for too long because then the opponent will be passive and you don't want that to happen. Strong hitting champs and unblockable specials are great in there.

    Sorry meant regen, I seem to be too aggressive and then take excessive damage
