Tips on Growing a YT Channel

I recently started an MCOC Youtube channel ( https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtjY5FE0ZA36eqkTW_bpyig ) and I was curious on your tips to grow it. I've seen newly started Youtube channels get 100s of views on their first videos while I've been posting regularly for 2.5 weeks while only breaking the 20s when it comes to views. I was wondering if there's something I was missing in terms of spreading the word or if it just boils down to luck (or do I need to "get good" as they say).

    Thanks I fixed it. The parenthesis was getting included in the link on accident. It's Spinnaker Three
