Looking for recruits or a merger

We have a team of 20 active players that are running 2 map 4 AQ BGs, and one AW BG. We easily could jump to map5 and are fluctuating between silver I/2 but with a few more active players we easily could jump to gold. 1/2 of the team is up and coming. The other half are veterans that have played together for a long time but decided to take their foot off the gas pedal. A merger with 10 active players would supercharge the alliance.
