Still no sp1 or sp2 attacks.

I don't know if the last server maintenance was supposed to fix the fact that sp1 and sp2 aren't being triggered, but if that's the case, it absolutely didn't work. It's maddening and it's making me not want to play. If I weren't an officer in an alliance that I love and they weren't depending on me, I would.
Please fix this. I know I can't be the only one this is happening to.
