Can't spend Uru. Where is the Odin store?

My son has been saving up his Uru because his account is to small for the larger difficulties. He logged in this morning and he has no where to spend his Uru. Why did the store disappear before the event?

    Did you scroll to the end of the store tab? They moved it from the start to the end, past the glory and loyalty etc.
