Which Variant should I do next?

Just finished my initial clear of Variant 4. Trying to see if I have the roster for any of the others. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, please include which characters to rank up to do a Variant if needed. Thank you

Got past the first quest in Variant 6. Stuck on 6.1.2 though... I don't have Venom, Doom, Void or Ghost of any type. So I think my only option for Armor break is Annihilus. I tried using Mags on the far right path vs all the metal champs and got to Killmonger but he whooped my remaining characters easily.

The far left path I can barely get past the Captain Marvel. Any suggestions?
