Who to spend resources on, Rank-up gems and AG's based on my roster

Hey,
I just came back after a break from MCOC and I am a little divided on how I should spend my resources.
Right now I only have 2 5* R5 (Domino & Aegon) and 1 6* R2 (CG), the champions I am torn between on who to rank up is:
Ghost
Black Widow Claire Voyant
Warlock
Sunspot
Magneto
Colussus
Angela (dup)
Venom
Void (dup)
Magik (dup)
Namor
All 5* and R4 or lower.
I have a Cosmic R4->R5 rank up gem, Science R4->R5 rank up gem, 2x generic AG, 3x tech AG, 2x cosmic AG. Right now I have resources to rank up 2 5* to R5 besides the rank up gems.
I am Cavalier and haven't progressed further in act 6, other than that I have completed V5 and V6 and explored V2. I also prefer to run suicide mastery, therefore void is not ranked up yet.
