Thor (Jane Foster) ideas for Rework

I know there are people who have had ideas about changing Jane Foster in-game but here is my take on her.
For every shock on the opponent, it reduces the opponent's chance of gaining a buff by X%.
She can gain shocks using heavy attacks or the end of a light attack (or can be a flat chance on any hit idk) that deal X damage. These shocks last for X seconds.
Every shock on the opponent increases the chance of extra shock by X% (let me know how broken or what chance it should be to be fair).
However, when blocking or getting hit by an opponent who has a shock debuff on them, she gains a charge that allows her to increase the chance of her shocking the opponent and with every 5 charges, she gains X% of power (small).
She also has a X% chance of shocking the opponent for every charge she has on defense when struck.
However for each debuff on her, reduce the chance of shocking the opponent when on defense when struck.
Her sp1 and sp2 and sp3 animations could be the same, but with different effects.
Sp1: Successfully hitting the opponent places 3 shock charges on them that lasts for X seconds. If the opponent blocks it or it misses, she herself gains the shock charges.
Sp2: Places 5 shocks on the opponent that lasts for X seconds and nullifies all buffs currently on the opponent. Every buff removed this way has a chance of shocking the opponent.
Sp3: She could place a fate seal on the opponent for X seconds as well as an indefinite passive shock that increases the potency of shocks on the opponent as well as increasing the chance of shocking the opponent (like with punisher and his indefinite bleed effect)
Awakened ability:
Currently she has a thing where she deals guaranteed crits and increased crit damage against stunned opponents.
I would like to propose that hitting the opponent with no buffs will give her guaranteed crits (or higher chance of critical attacks) and increased crit damage but if the opponent has buffs, she has a chance of nullifying them when she successfully hits them (kind of like Doctor Strange's counterspell but on hits.) [can be vice versa or can be changed to do something with shocks or can stun the opponent when they have X+ buffs idk].
She can have a Pre-Fight Ability:
Makes her shocks passive and she gets a model change like being covered in electricity and with glowing eyes (kind of like Human Torch with his Nova Flame)
Idk. Let me know if this is something viable for her or something or you can propose some sort of change on my idea. Also this is just me, I have not seen what others have specifically said, I just know that some people have suggested some changes to her so I do not know if some of the abilities I made up were already mentioned.
