How does Tigra’s synergy with Howard the Duck work post-buff?

I can’t really tell a difference in play with/without the synergy active.

The synergy was so helpful before.

I’m enjoying the buff overall. This part just seems strange to me.

    On kams vid it says tigra increases fury cap until its live we wont know how it effects him

    It looks like the man thing and tigra synergies are currently bugged because they weren’t changed. Kabam hasn’t responded yet about it.
