Looking for persons who want to help an alliance grow

So I recently joined an alliance called Tree Piece Suit and I noticed that it has a lot of potential but currently it only has 4-5 players contributing to its development. It's an open alliance with code -TPC- with war rating of 934, I am confident that the final alliance quest points will be above 5,000,000 points. We run map 2 with and score over 1,200,000 per alliance quest session. Prestige of the alliance is over 4,800. We would like any passionate players who are willing and capable of helping us to grow to feel free to join to help us in AQ and AW. Thanks.
