Energy Refill Grinding

Does anyone know the best way to grind energy refills? I'm saving for the collector and would prefer not to use units. Any tips help!

Best bet is to grind out pvp and solo objectives to be able to afford energy refills, though if you do each difficulty of the monthly youll get about 150 units per difficulty, more then enough to buy a refill or 2.
On a side note if your headed to the collector for the first time, buy team revives just fill up your inventory, then save up another 600 units (for more revives or potions) and make your run. Even a moderately good parry/dex skill will get you through no matter who you bring in, though id suggest going with either r3 5 stars or r5 4 stars. Its a big step, good luck
