I think it’s the first firmament. From what I can tell they’re very powerful too

I thought it was referencing Entropy/eternity, who showed up at the end of Act 6 and the endgame event

Could also be galactus. Doesn’t fit with the description but we have seen mephisto and the watcher in front on galactus in the 2019 motion comic. So it’s not the first time we’ve seen this duo

I think it’s entropy or the first firmament. Eternity isn’t really portrayed as a bad guy.

The First Firmanent fits into the story. He's the first ever known being and his death brought the multiverse.

@Vendemiaire i agree with the First Firmanent. To be honest I didn’t even know what it was until I listened to Comics Explained on YouTube. Going over the top cosmic entities. Maybe it’s a means to an end?
