Where is T1 alpha?

Have they removed t1 alpha from map 4 crystals? I opened 17 map 2 crystals, 73 map 4 crystals and 50 greater Solo crystals , and didn't get even 1 shard of T1 alpha.

    I know you can get from arena, alliance events, quest completion, glory. But have they removed from it from crystals now.

    Such a shortage atm and I really don't want to use glory on them... Especially being tb and being able to get 5% t5cc for 1500 glory (after the 10th) I feel like it would be a waste spending it on t1a for 5*s
