Stun duration issue

I am noticing that stun duration is significantly less than before update. For example after HT sp2 I barely have anytime to charge heavy afterwards. Seen same thing with NF sp2. Anyone else?

    I’ve been having issues loading off heavies with my colossus due to stun duration lately, thought it was just me though

    Any specific node or champ matchup? Kinda hard to speculate without any details
