My current level is 48 and my mastery setup is terrible, suggest me a good mastery setup, I've done till act 5.2.3.

    Unlock and max precision and cruelty
    Need only 1 point in dex no need for 3
    Get recovery max it out

    Yes.

    Unlock Mystic Dispersion, put 2 points in it and reduce dex points from 3 to 1.
    If you don't unlock greater precision and cruelty anytime soon, put points into lesser precision and cruelty.

    Maybe reduce a bit too and give it to the other ones, I only use 1 but if you have nothing to spend it on you may leave it on 2 or 3, your choice.
