Mephisto not stoping buffs at beginning of fight

in Bugs and Known Issues
Noticed that mephisto isn't stoping certain character buffs from becoming active at the beginning of the fight for 16 seconds. Works with juggs and UC unstoppable but not deadpools power gain or doc voodoo's regen. I'm sure there is more too.
