Potential Bug between Cosmic Ghost Rider and Jabari Panther

I've completed the last quest of the Cavalier difficult a few times, however, in my most recent completion, I found an odd behavior between Cosmic Ghost Rider and Jabari Panther that I wanted to bring to Kabam's attention.

Specifically, in my prior fights, CGR worked as expected, but in this fight he reached 5 Cosmic Judgements after his sp3, but coming out of it, he didn't appear to place the Power Lock. Without the power lock, his 5 Cosmic Judgements never expired and he essentially lost all of his abilities. Is this an expected interaction between these two champions for some reason or is there a bug with one of them, or in the interaction between the two?

You can see the team I was using and please note that I used Magneto (House of X)'s prefight ability as well. I wasn't using boosts during this run.

It seems like she was dashing forward when you initiated SP3, which may have caused Mighty Charge to remove the debuff that was caused on SP3 activation.

Why this completely breaks CGR, I'm not sure.

I received a reply from Kabam. The explanation is that Jabari Panther applied her "Ensnared" to CGR right before he activated his sp3, so the power lock didn't apply coming out of the sp3. Unfortunately, that means that his cosmic judgements can't drop off which means he is essentially broken thereafter.

I think a more rational interaction would be that CGR's judgements drop off immediately coming out of the sp3 since the power lock wasn't active, but Kabam didn't say that was a bug, so I don't expect it to change.
