Its so over powered yet so underwhelming like 5000 bleed damage on what I assume would be every hit and on top of that you can pause it for 15 seconds
And its underwelming because he should jave constant regen but in this he has basically nothing
Also about 50% of a bar of power as a last stand sort if thing is useless if i'm getting demolish by a champ and i hit 50% I need something that will turn the tide not give me something that will be of mild benefit

Some regen would be nice since it's a basic core part of who Deadpool is. Maybe do stacking bleeds but keep em where they're at and can be refreshed like OML with a heavy. Also I believe his his signature ability would be a better place for the special 3 buffs. He's granted a buff based on number of bleeds used during a special and then can refresh them by consuming additional bleeds similar to Gwenpool. Whatever they do with him, if ever, it should be a complete overhaul. He is one of if not the worst champ in game and has been overlooked and neglected for literally years. Considering this is the most common Deadpool people can even get, he is by far the worst and most useless of them all and deserves a significant buff.

You know what, normally I'd complain about the lack of utility but this buff seems so much fun that I wouldn't mind.
