What makes the 6.2.6 champion boss so tough?

I am headed to 6.2.6 and was wondering what makes him so tough so that i can keep in mind the points and fight according. Also I have a r5 claire with 3 points in mystic dispersion. Will I be able to defeat him easily?

    he was hard. He's not bad anymore pretty easy for me I used a 6 star r1 sym supreme for the first few phases and for the last one where you had to dex his specials 3 times I used warlock. I would recommend watching seatin video on him when he got debuffed. With r5 clair i think it will be easy
