Fastest way to get 5 stars (without spending money)

I have a lot of 4 stars, but I feel like the gap from 4 to 5 is quite a big jump. I just finished act 3, any ideas to get 5 stars faster?

This must be a joke post right?
You are no where near in need of 5 star champions. The content you are currently doing is geared towards maxed out 3 stars and rank 3/30 4 stars. In act 4 you will work your way up to maxed out 4 stars. Only after act 4 should you start looking for 5 star champs.

The fastest way is the event quest and side quest. I wouldn’t worry about getting 5*s until you get to act 5 and even then you can clear it with 4*s.
