Keep randomly getting kicked out of games

Hi. I and a few alliance members keep getting randomly kicked out of game. Game just shuts itself off. Please help. Doing this on Tranformers Forged to Fight as well. Really bad. Shuts down 5 or 6 times trying to complete 1 path on questing. I have a brand new Galaxy S8 Plus and have uninstalled and reinstalled several times both games. Thanks.
