Spare Alliance with War Rating of around 1200-1800

Following all these war changes, we are looking to create a host alliance with a war rating of 1200+. If anyone has an alliance they are not looking to use any more would they please let me know. Once we have got fed up of hoping back and forth. We will return the alliance with some resources and a higher war rating.
