Hey guys quick question why does Hyperion not have a six star?

It’s just a marketing strategy......

I believe that once the six star version of Hyperion is released in the feature Cav, the whales will throw thousands of Units on it.....

Same situation will probably apply to 6*Blade, 6*StarkSpidey, 6*Medusa and 6*Quake~

Hyperion, as few other old good champs don’t exist as 6*, at least till now.
Fact is, that when 6*s were introduced, the devs did their best to introduce a basic crystal that includes a wide variety of bad champs and only very few good, having as a consequence players posting on forums raging about their bad 6* pulls/roster.
Hyperion, Medusa, Blade, Magik, DrVoodoo etc. wouldn’t had broken the game if they were in the 6* basic pool.
They would have just contributed, to have less salty 6* pulls from players and fewer complaints 😉

I think it would be fine to add these characters to the 6 star pool. For two reasons. First being what was already mentioned. There are newer characters available as 6 who are at least as powerful, if not more than Blade, Spark, Hype and Quake. The second being that, as always, Kabam uses new characters and nodes to balance the game. Instead of balance via direct nerf, they balance via changing the meta.

Blade gains power in the contest.. bleed immune/non-villain characters are introduced after.
Corvus gains power... Anti-crit/damage mitigation champs emerge
Ghost/Quake... Anti evade and miss becomes more prevalent in newer champs..etc, etc.
It's cyclical. That's how they re-balance without direct character nerfs. And, of course promote a desire to obtain the newest champs. 😉 So, I think the notion that some characters should be left in the past is antiquated. And it does look like they are slowly releasing them.
