Due to the super solder serum running through his veins cap gains immunity to poison and weakness
Constant physical and mental training reduces the time stuns last for on him by 65%
Cap is a trained leader and has learn how not to get angry when people mess up making him immune to getting any furies on him
Basic hits new animation
First medium is a thrust forward with the shield
1st light is a downward slam with the shield using both hands
2nd light is a kick straight forward
3rd light cap uses his military issued pistol and fires a round inflicting a bleed dealing 434 damage over 6 seconds
4th light is a punch with the left hand straight to the jaw
2nd medium cap throws the shield at the enemys chest.
While blocking
50% perfect block chance
While captain America is blocking the shield absorbs all impact causing him not to be moved back
Designer note
This is not a unstoppable buff he just doesn't move back when struck in his block
Fight back
When cap blocks a hit he gains one fight back charge, well timed blocks grant 2 of these. each fight back charge is passive and grants 120 damage and reduce all of the enemys ability accuracy by 10 each and lasts forever
When 10 are gained cap consumed 4 of them to inflicts a 2 second passive next time cap blocks. These are not consumed on specials or well timed blocks

Deal 10% of modified attack as energy damage per fight back charge on cap
Sp1 7 hits 1 from the shield and 6 from the pistol
New animation
Cap throws the shield hitting the enemy followed by a barrage of bullets from his pistol and then the shield returns
The shield inflicts a armor break reducing armor by 2000
The bullets each have a 70% chance to inflict a bleed dealing 434 damage over 6 seconds
Sp2
New animation
Cap rushes in with a left hook to the jaw followed by a right hook from the shield
Then a kick to the chest followed quickly by a grenade
The grenade ignores all block proficiency and can not crit. It also inflicts 1 incinerate dealing 3432 damage over 10 seconds and a concussion reduces ability accuracy by 50% for 15 seconds.
Sp3 4 hits
Cap kicks his opponent back before throwing his shield into the wall that way it bounces back at the enemys back launching then into caps fist thus sending the shield and the enemys back for a double serving of pain
Inflicts a 3 second passive stun
instantly gain back 3% of max power per fight back charge available. this will consume all charges and give a precision and cruelty granting 200 of each per charge consumed
