Crystals at low levels

Ppl aren't getting good heroes in the low levels like 20 or 30 but those story quests alone ate getting way tougher... This seems to be unfair.. All those premium crystals are of wasteee... And I don't need some awesome 5 star crystal just a four star hero To Help me out in story quests.. Otherwise this game ranks one of top on Android games lid.. Seriously without this flaw this will be the best game in the Android platform...

Welcome to the struggle. Thats how its always been. Your going through what everyone else has gone through. Phc's aren't going to give you a 4* every time. The drop rates are just fine with them. Just relax and build your team up like everyone else has. I get it can be frustrating but what do you expect a 4* every time? Come on now. Phc are no different for you as they are for me and everyone else. I don't expect much from them other then a 2* anything above that is a bonus. If your having trouble with harder content maybe your not ready for it yet. Cause thats what it honestly sounds like. All im saying is if your having issues with harder content in the game don't try to blame that on your not getting the champs you want from phc's.
