Arena bug - permanent lockout

Previously the network error arena error message would trigger an automatic defeat and you would move onto your next fight.
Now this error message boots you back to home arena page and when I try to go back to fight I get the same error message and result. So, I am permanently locked out of feature arena now.
I’m sitting at 16.5 million in feature arena and have had this bug for the past 5 hours. I might miss Mephisto because of this, so needless to say I’m not impressed.
Ticket submitted but no human responses received and tickets are closed.
I recommend players to not grind large sums in arena until the bug is fixed. The risk of being locked out like I am is too high.
