only sig 40 and after sp3 he got like 17-20 Bleeds which is wile , bleeds are stronger then jabari panther so i am certain he'll b top 3 Skill champion after Buff!!

Do you have a Jabari Panther? She has a synergy with him that might further increase his ability to place Bleed stacks.

Though I do hope the overhaul makes him serviceable without so many synergies.
