Kingpin nerf / maybe bug

The kingpin daredevil synergy is supposed to make kingpin not able to be passively evaded. It used to work fine and he even was a great option for the 6.2 mordo and the skill evade path. That is partially why I ranked him up. After the newest update he does not counter evade. I actually brought him in for the newest side quest for the evade node and he did not counter academic and he got destroyed. Now he currently does not work for some of the things I want him for and I’m not sure if they just secretly nerfed him or if it’s a bug

    that is a confirmed bug kabam already knows and they will fix it in next update
