Questions about Crossbones

Hello forums,
As we all know, Crossbones was buffed earlier this month. I have since taken mine to r5 sig 200 as I needed to rank a skill champ. However, I still have a lot of questions, most around the signature ability.
Here it says Crossbones has a 90% to shrug a debuff. However, the last sentence has me a bit confused. How long is temporarily? How much is it decreased? What counts as a consecutive trigger?
Curious if anyone has figured this out, and also whether or not a Kabam employee is willing to share an answer (if they are, I'm curious as well as to when Crossbones' Heavy will no longer consume a Fury on special punish or intercept, as per his description).
