still can't get in

it's almost been two weeks & i still can't get on. i've tried uninstalling the game multiple times over both cellular & wifi. the only thing that changes is that on cellular it will tell me it needs to download another 1006mb of data but then it never does i've tried clearing the data as well but that never helps either. i can never get in through google or kabam log in & the kabam log in thinks the password is too short to work. i've been trying to get someone to respond in the other post about this but it's been radio silence. i haven't heard from anybody in days about this someone please come help me already. AQ has started & this is interfering with it.
