The Hood's ...But The Best Villain synergy is showing from his buffed version description with increasing his starting miss chance from 120% to 140%, though unbuffed hood only has 45% chance to miss.

    Does the synergy seem to make misses occur more often? I tried it out and it seemed like misses occurred more often but I cant be sure.
